Just called to ask a question about consultation & retainer fees & was immediately cut off saying that “I don’t give out free legal advice” before I was even able to ask my simple questions. The woman who answered the phone was really rude. I just told her never mind don’t worry about it. Maybe let someone ask the question before you start assuming they were asking about free legal advice.
