Mr. Roustio must have changed, because I acquired him to represent my partner after speaking with him. Mr. Roustio assured me he could get my partners license back to him, because it was a misdemeanor. After we paid Mr. Roustio $500.00, he offered my partner the same thing the courts offered, so what did he do outside of take our hard earned money. On the first appearance, Mr. Roustio went ahead of my partner in court, and in turn told my partner that he wasn’t at his own court appearance. On the second court appearance, my partner was there ahead of time, and Mr. Roustio presented him with, 10 days in jail, or 240 community service hrs, which was the same thing the court was offering without representation. I am posting so people are aware of what seems like a scam. Mr. Roustio was well aware of whether he was able to help retrieve my partners license, because he has been an attorney for a long time. This is not right. Please seek counsel from someone who is going to do right by their clients. Thank you
I agree 100% with Jared Peymans review. Rick is the man for the job. He made me feel at ease when false allegations had brung me to his office, he made me feel at ease when I’m a nervous persom anyway, and trying to show him facts and tell him the story that noone else even cared to try understand well he did understand. So we talked a bit and he discussed the plan and what he was going to do. He is a good person and seemed to be known and liked by judges and attroneys etc. He got 1st charged taken care of and I had a 2nd charge from same incident scheduled for another date and he was able to talk to the states attorney and get that case taken care of on same day. I would reccomend him and IF .. IF I was to ever need another attroney he will be my 1st and last call. Also this is a major factor when deciding if one can even get a attroney and that is COST. I did not realize how much or how varied prices were to hire lawyer. So cost isn’t why I hired him he deffenttially didn’t price gouge like I thought others were so Thank you RICK ROUSTIO
If I could give this guy zero stars I would. This man was so quick to want my money, But not so quick to take care of what I need taken care of. I paid this man over $800 over a month ago just to find out I still have a fine that needs to paid when I paid him to take care of these cases for me. Most definitely will not be using this guy again. DO BETTER!!
