I believe in Mr Katzman and Ms Sugden 100%. They fought hard for me and my children. They never gave up on me and was always available no matter what. Mr Katzman worked so hard to get to the bottom of the misinformation to the courts my ex husband told. Ms Sugden fought for my children as if they were her own, she protected them from the potential harm my ex husband was trying to cause as he requested that my children testify unnecessarily. Ms Sugden stood for me and my children. The entire office showed my family that we matter, the admiralties assistant Linda was amazing, she comforted me and my children as we were going through with very kind words. This firm was recommended as a part of my legal plan offering advise. I did not ask this firm to represent me but to honor their agreement with MetLife legal and provide advise. This firm refused to assist because they don’t take cases in my area. I am not asking them to take my case. I was asking for advice relevant to the state of IL jurisdiction. The lady that called me was nice. But the lawyers unwillingness to honor her agreement with MetLife is disappointing. The fact that they don’t handle cases in my area is irrelevent. 1 star for poor customer service.
