Social Security disability help from Allsup to get awarded your disability benefits and win your disability appeal. Free disability evaluation at 800.279.4357
Allsup, a Social Security Attorney, has received mixed reviews from clients, particularly in Belleville, Illinois. While some veterans and clients express gratitude for the assistance they received, highlighting the helpfulness and professionalism of certain representatives, many others report frustrations with communication and delays in processing their claims. Overall, while there are positive experiences shared, potential clients are advised to proceed with caution and consider their options carefully before engaging Allsup’s services.
I used Allsup back many, many years ago, as I’m reading some reviews seems nothing’s changed. I never referred them to anyone, since I’ve done majority of the work myself and doctors updates they were to followup with I had to constantly call them, important information or documents that was helpful to me they refused to submit them. Allsup so called representing me I was denied at the hearing, the rep filed a redetermination or whatever it’s called and a waiting game of them doing nothing. Two years of this I began studying and much research on my own, reached out to my Congressman for help and yes they did assist me very well. Six months later I decided to reapply for SSDI on my very own, guess what? Within six weeks I received a call from the SSA indicating I’ve been approved. If I’d continued awaiting for Allsup to do the necessary, I would be nowhere. They had the nerve to congratulate me for winning and just knew it was due to them and requested payment. I continued telling them they did not help me win anything and not getting a dime from me. Months later I received another appeal with Allsup to go back in front of the judge, once in and seated judge began, the rep informed the judge my SSDI had already been approved, the judge asked me was it true? Stated yes and been approved months ago. That judge was heated and asked that rep why did he bother wasting his time? Told him he could have stopped this if I’d already was approved and darn near told him to get out…I was laughing so hard on the inside saying that’s what you get not doing and knowing your job. I then began assisting others with their social security, I only guide them in the right direction and making sure their going in the right direction and #1 don’t give up. A couple my family members were approved with my help and don’t charge a dime because I’m not licensed, more like knowledge and common sense. Be careful who you choose. Do not need to hire anyone until your denied, then choose wisely someone who’s highly educated and qualified to appeal on your behalf, can use advocates that specializes in that, at least there cheaper then attorneys.
Do not recommend at all! I had them after I got denied the second time for Epilepsy and I ended up having to do everything just to be denied a third time. Come to find out disability didn’t have any of my updated medical records. They had medical records from a year ago. Not the recent ones showing all my inpatient tests and numerous other things due to my attorney failing to do her job. I even had a talk with Teresa Miller and told her I felt like they weren’t doing their job and she assured me and she was. But here we are I got denied a third time and now she’s telling me she’s reviewing everything disability has and then she will tell me if they will represent me? Excuse me? You’re my lawyer and should already know what they have but yet you don’t? No thank you I rather have someone else who can actually do their job so I found someone else who found out that Teresa Miller was actually lying and didn’t do their job because of she was I wouldn’t have been denied this third time for Epilepsy! Definitely do not recommend ALLSUP, they are liars and scammers!
My question is to allsup is why are all the Positive comments are coming from Veterans??? Seems like they are getting through quicker and that’s not right !!!I’m a 20 firefighter veteran and dearborn dropped me and now I have no income and 4 doctors have wrote me out and my wife is the one being punished for it because she is working her job and a second one now 72 hours a week !!!!! So what I’m saying is looking at these reviews are making me really nervous.and scared , I risked my life 20 yrs first responder, but every positive comments are military vets . This isn’t right when others are struggling if not worse .
