I endured an unbelievably difficult divorce against a formidable, skilled and winning opposing counsel – he was always two steps ahead of my past attorneys and just kept on winning, despite facts and truth being in my favor. I found OREN GRAUPE from a Google Search, we had a good discussion, and I bet my future on his skill. In the subsequent months that followed, Oren faced the same opposing counsel, and he turned the tide, took control of the narrative, and facts and truth DID matter again – the result was a fair, balanced outcome that literally saved me from financial ruin. So, what did Oren do so differently? He out-worked, out-thought, and out-strategized the opposing counsel – based in facts, in truth, and an amazing application of statutes and case law. For me, Oren fought, won and gave me back my life – he is just amazing. He is also the calmest person I have probably ever met in my life, which makes him all the more formidable in his planning and execution.

Run! Run as fast as you can! I can’t speak for any of the other lawyers at this firm, but we had the incredibly unpleasant experience with Oren Who pretty much did nothing but take our money. In the end he actually agreed in court to a lower amount of child support than what we are supposed to be receiving. Meaning, he wasn’t even aware of how much we were supposed to receive. Any question you would ask him on the phone he does not know the answer to. He would stutter all over the place, have to look every single question up for an answer, you would literally get to the point where you have to tell him you need to hang up the phone because he would try to drag it out billing you constantly. Asking the same questions over and over. And when we came to what we were told was a wall that we probably weren’t going to be able to get past in the case, the only reason we were told that is because Oren had no idea what he was doing. I’ve had to deal with a second lawyer since we used Oren’s services and he knew the answer to this question immediately. Oren claims he spent days searching for this answer to help us when this other lawyer, I needed to use knew the answer in his head immediately. This answer Oren could not figure out cost us thousands of dollars! Either way that’s absolute incompetence, or worse, dragging us along to take our money at over $300 an hour.
