When we arrived for our appointment, the front desk had no record of which attorney our appointment was with—not sure how their scheduling system works but it wasn’t a good first impression. Once they figured out which attorney we were scheduled to meet, we were asked to provide the name(s) of the individuals/company we had a conflict with. The attorney told us he couldn’t help us because another attorney in the firm had represented them at some point. Why did they not collect this information and check it BEFORE scheduling the appointment? As it stands now, we lost over a week waiting for an appointment on a situation that needs immediate assistance. Not impressed with their lack of professionalism.
