I would not recommend this lawyer at all!! After my father passed I called this lawyer to help my mom with her estates and will since my father went through him for his will. I came to find out that mother had no will no end of life planning whatsoever and now she has to go through probate to even establish her properties that was left to her. They should of been guided to do a trust from the very beginning considering they own 4 estates. When I called Farber and asked about a trust he said oh no no. That will cost thousands when in reality probate is costing the family thousands. Never trust a lawyer that makes decisions for you and look for lawyers who present your options and at least recommend that your wife or husband also has end of life planning in place not either or. Myother shouldn’t have to go through probate at all and now she does because of this lawyer
