Dinius Law helped me with a stressful boundary issue that was discovered after I purchased my home last year. The neighboring property has a garage overhang that is encroaching over a large portion of my back yard. Dinius, with the help of a land surveyor, was able to quickly and painlessly write up an agreement and create an easement the two properties. The other property was being sold at the time and I wanted nothing less than to have issues with my brand new neighbor. I am so grateful that Dinius was able to get it all taken care of like he did and that I now have nothing more to worry about on that subject. This Law firm is fast, knowledgeable and professional.
