These pathetic individuals went out of there way to avoid having me in court to oppose anything, I have lived in the same house with the same phone number for about 10 years now and they never once attempted to serve me any paperwork for court, took a $400 debt pushed it through by posting un the newspaper 3 months i guess and got a judgment for 4900 and change… I did an Exemption for the Garnishment and they didn’t contest it… almost as if the last things the cowards wanted was to see a judge with me actually being allowed to contest anything… bunch of thieves and cowards… representing Dionysus financial Dionysus being the Greek God of excess and gluttony… no soul, no morals, just disgusting people. There is no difference between this and taxation without representation and it should not be allowed if it’s a valid debt and a valid claim why would they go out of there way to make sure there were 0 attempts to serve me and give me a right to contest in court… probably because they’re a joke! When I called them the lady literally made it a point to tell me that it was just my opinion that not many people get a newspaper anymore and that it was legal… fml what a JOKE… I would have been happy to work something out and settle with them, but since they want to be a pos about it… good luck!
Nobody likes debt collectors, but m2 has bent over backwards to accommodate us.
