I got a DUI in August of 2024, and was facing up to a year in Canyon County Jail. Belen got them to drop my Felony Malicious Injury to Property charge and I only got 2 years of misdemeanor probation. Just today we finished up a commercial burglary case with a couple other charges that she got dropped down to a petty theft charge, she convinced the judge to use a withheld judgement so I could continue to use financial aid at school, and i only have a year of unsupervised probation in Ada county. Belen made these pretty life changing charges that would’ve led to incarceration turn into a couple fees and check ins. I know for a fact she had my best interest at heart and did her very best with both of my cases. I do not plan on getting in trouble with the law again but if it happens I know exactly who i’m going to call.
