I would not recommend anyone use Tracy Gorman as their lawyer, especially if your ex or almost ex is military. She was not as knowledgeable in military divorces as she claimed herself to be or she was out to protect my husband because he is military like she had been. She was late on important dates, she did not bring her laptop into court, she suppressed evidence with another lawyer, she didn’t even bring hardly any of my evidence to court, over billed , wasted our time and money and more.
Tracy has been amazing to work with, she has been keeps in touch and made the process super easy. So thankful for the help of her and her office staff.
I hired Tracy to help me with my son’s mother blowing off every court order that was given, Tracy does not answer the phone Tracy does not answer my emails respond back to my emails and this has been going on since June I have not spoken with my son Since Christmas Tracy has not filed anything I actually had to call Fremont County clerk accords to find out that I had the very last minute of that day a 7 day grace. To file with JJ white and they had it at tracy’s office for over a week I’m doing everything myself Tracy does not answer my phone calls she does not answer my emails my text I am very disappointed and this is how it is in the state of Idaho if you are a male if you are a father And the children there’s no Justice for fathers in this state none 16% of all these cases favor the female imagine it and this is Justice in the state of Idaho I’m sorry that is supposed to say only 16% of these cases favor the father in the state of Idaho as far as getting shared shared equal time with their children the state of Idaho is also known as a mother’s state which means our court systems our States our attorneys are judges do not give equal Justice which is against the Constitution it is our God-given constitutional right tuitional right to be Equal parent as a father not in the state of Idaho which means we have the suckiest fathers or we have the success judicial system unequal unjustified we have the worst judges we have to wear some turnies and they keep doing the same thing over and over again which means that fathers are screwed no matter what and if you have a male child just think what they’re going to go through what time For them to have children and they have a terrible wife you’re a woman wife which means your son has already been screwed because he was born or had children in the state of Idaho!!!!!!!!!!!! Exclamation poi have to consider very much very much going to the bar association this is ridiculous this has been going on since June I have been spoken with my son till Christmas and Tracy never keeps her word with me and then she calls me up the other day since she’s sick and starts talking at me instead of talking with me I have it all recorded I record every phone call
