Mr. Stucki and his staff has helped me with legal issues that were extremely stressful. He was nothing but very professional. I couldn’t have gotten through an extremely difficult situation without their help. Mr. Stucki and his staff went above and beyond helping me get through a mess that was left behind by someone who didn’t have a will. I can’t express enough the gratitude I have for his professionalism and kindness.
Marv and Lori do amazing job together as a team. Over the years he has helped me with my family. With multiple issues with our broken system and the outcome has been in our favor . He is very fair and honest . Marv has made an impact on our lives and changed the direction for the better .
I’d give less stars if I could. My ex, with substantial evidence of child abuse/neglect AND being investigated by cps, Marvin “advised” me to drop the case against my him. Honestly I felt like he just didn’t want to deal with it. He took $1000 from me to tell a judge over video call we were dropping the cpo, and it took maybe one minute of anyones time. Then also backtracked on what we had agreed upon at a later time, which was that he would at least put that $1000 towards a full retainer for a full case. Would not recommend this man and will never go to him again.
