Joe Horras told me how much he cared about me and my son how he was a good attorney really wants to help people. We trusted him for almost two years then he forced me into a settlement agreement without my permission and he is currently still trying to get that money even though I have begged him to stop it. They must be broke to force me into this settlement agreement and they might do the same to you so be careful. I have had to file a grievance with the Idaho bar because he clearly knew I wanted to go to trial and never agreed.They also sent me several letters trying to trick me knowing that I am on in home health care and waiting for surgery.Bill Smith is just as bad or worse. They play nice guy really well but he is a snake. Run like hell
