Absolutely botched my case. Settled for an amount already offered to me before I signed on with Meyer. Told me not to file for workers comp then referred me to a workers comp lawyer 9 months later. The workers comp lawyer couldn’t help me because I didn’t file my claim in time due to Meyer’s advice.
