I have left many messages with mr raeon with a very unfriendly receptionist that wasn’t shy about the fact that he would be to busy to get back to me , he is supposed to be the retained attorney in what is going to be the biggest land theft case in the state of idaho soon! He is in cahoots with pioneer title and first american title along with Cathy and Timothy lawrence , and Frederick Brito Smith “the pancake con artist family “ as seen on the oprah show and dr.Phil !
Mr. Raeon coerced my husband and I, under duress, to take a judgement for legal fees, to be paid to his client(our landlord), that we did not actually need to take according to our own outside leagal advice(after the fact). In addition, when he reported the “judgement” to the courts, it was filed as an eviction! Our lease was up 5/31/19 and we had paid our rent for May in full. We were out on 5/31/19… not sure how it’s even possible to be evicted from a property you’ve already vacated. This, obviously, destroyed our rental history, making it impossible to find housing for my 3 small children and myself.
