EDIT: Minus 2 stars. Six months after my case was dismissed, it was refiled. I contacted Robert, and because it was technically a “new” case—despite being the same charge for the same incident on the same date—he charged me a new flat fee. It wasn’t the full price, but it still felt tacky. While Robert was polite during our interactions, he always seemed disinterested in my case and often forgot key details. Communication was terrible throughout the process. The charge was ultimately dismissed after I entered a no-contest plea to a lesser charge, even though I wasn’t guilty of either.
Robert was very helpful to my case and got it resolved quickly. Mahalo
