Mr. Phillips is very knowledgeable about family law in Hawaii. However, my case dragged far too long and experienced multiple delays. After paying more than $10,000, there has been very little progress in my case. I often was misinformed about the progress of document production and the dates that documents were actually submitted to the court. I often felt that information I conveyed to Mr. Phillips went unheard and was not considered when he spoke to the other lawyer. If you choose to use Mr. Phillips’ services, be sure to follow up to make sure documents are being written and submitted to other lawyer and/or the court.
