Pads her bills by giving intentionally unclear, incomplete information. She made me waste hours of my time with a request for a document she claimed was not certified when it was certified after all. I had spent many hours trying to get a certified copy only to find out that I the document I sent her WAS a certified copy. Then she charged me to tell me that she wanted them by fax, instead of photos, as if I was supposed to know that. She charged me almost $200 for “reading emails” that I only needed to send her because she was so unclear and vague in her instructions. Unbelievable.
Barbara and her team have been easy to contact, clear communicators, and have worked diligently even through the holidays. I had a small real estate issue which she was able to handle during the holidays in a timely manner at an affordable rate.
