I meet Mark at the Court House, he was at the same court room as me representing another customer. We were impressed with the way he talked and directed his communications with the judge, prosecutor and his customer. Immediately once outside we approached him and told him about my case, he took the time to listen to us and explained us a few things that we were not aware of. Immediately he sent us a retainer agreement that was amazingly clear and fair, even if we did not hire him for our case. we were still impressed with the level of communication, knowledge and customer service he provided. It started with a conversation at court and continued with responding every single email we wrote at him with questions. Hopefully I will never have to deal with a cause again, but if I ever do I would not doubt reaching out to him again.
