I initially spoke with Mr. Skaar in December regarding my case. I was asked to obtain all documentation & proof & advised I would receive follow up after the holidays. As of today, I have received no call & all attempts to contact him are going unanswered. He did pick up my call once in February, only to ask for a recap of my case and requested a call back the following week. At this point, it’s safe to say I was ghosted and wasted critical months on a time sensitive lawsuit. He seemed really nice and eager to take my case, so I’m extremely disappointed at the outcome. I would’ve preferred that he just tell me he didn’t have the bandwidth or desire to represent me so I could have moved on much sooner with obtaining representation elsewhere.
They are very professional and quickly resolved. When your busy with life and trying to repair old credit debt. And one of my old credit debt were trying to sue me and did not know what to do.
