Ineffective counseling at its finest! I retained attorney Adam Kraft to help me with my brother’s case and he literally still let these people excessively sentence my brother despite obvious lies from the plaintiff and developments in the case, on top of my brothers knowingly documented history from a child of him having mental health illness. My brother is grown but has the mind of a younger individual, if that makes sense. I was told that it didn’t matter in the state of Georgia if the plaintiff knowingly lied about certain things in the case, basically they’re able to get away with known lies even if it can ruin the lives of the person they’re lying on. That is not true and definitely isn’t anywhere in the Tenth Amendment. I was also very shocked at how this attorney handled me, the person who initially retained him to be my brothers attorney.I heard from this man Maybe three times throughout the development of the case once he was hired and it was a lengthy amount of time. I had no idea he would back down the way he did but I do understand how it goes in South East GA, you can’t beat em if you don’t join em!! Highly disappointed and would not recommend because it’s only so much this office can do for ethnic minorities SN: only writing a review because I left message to contact me and he never did, so here we are.
