James Hurt helped me with a consumer protection case and he got my case resolved and way quicker than I had expected! It is a small firm and was a slow start due the holidays and such, but it was still great working with them. Jennifer is very knowledge and helped to calm my nerves and work with me about the cost. They really spend your money like it’s theirs and I believe I got an excellent deal for the price and service I was given! They are very transparent about costs and potential costs. I would definitely love to work with them again!
This law firm is pathetic! I called a month ago for a consultation; the attorney was out of town so, I had the misfortune of only ever speaking to the rude and disgruntled paralegal/receptionist who had a terrible disposition and absolutely no customer service. She seemed annoyed to even answer the phone, let alone take my information and some details about my case. I waited a week and I hadn’t heard anything so I called back only to speak to that same grumpy paralegal/receptionist who wasn’t in any better of a mood. She informed me that the attorney still wasn’t back in the room office and she didn’t have time to speak to me because she was busy meeting with a client in person and she couldn’t find any information about my previously filed matter, yet she never bothered to ask for a case number and, again, seemed annoyed to even take the case number. She also informed me that she had no idea when the attorney would get around to reviewing my case, but she assured me that they would get back to me either way…this was a month ago and I still haven’t received a call back from this firm. I DO NOT RECOMMEND consulting with this lousy firm at all!
