His paralegal dug up an old judgement against me that I didnt know about and contacted the attorney holding that judgement without my knowledge or permission, gave him all my information and then furnished him with all the emails between us. This was all client privileged information. It resulted in the attorney stealing a 3/4 of a million dollar piece of property from my Dads estate that didnt belong to me and putting a lien on my Dad’s house to satisfy a much smaller judgement against me. It has destroyed my credit and life. Im 60 years old and disabled.
