I truely can not express the level of professionalism, expertise that Attorney Rainford and her team has provided to both myself and my husband Nelson. We would never have been able to navigate the imigration waters with out them.
This attorney AND her staff are trash. They put on a FAKE professional appearance. They can easily AND quickly send an invoice for payment BUT you’ll wait weeks for any status updates. They PRETENDED to conveniently be working on my case when I did an office pop up because they NEVER answer messages nor calls. The ENTIRE staff needs to be disbarred. They only refunded me 37% of my money but from the look of their abandoned office location, they need the money more than me. FYI…I had another attorney check to see whether anything was filed with the courts and there haven’t been anything since 2002.
