Like Dr. Shondra says ” you that dude” and I was. Hateful, hurtful, no regard for my family, just me and what I say. It takes a lot to admit that about oneself. Thank you sincerely. I will continue to fall back, fall way back. There’s nothing thay wull happen today, that being angry will fix. Stay calm gentlemen, one day at a time.
