I’ve worked with Mrs.Erin and her team on several cases over the years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Erin came highly recommended, and I’m so glad I chose her to represent me in my divorce. She told me “you can’t give up now”, when I was exhausted and overwhelmed. She deftly handled last minute evidence during my hearing, which allowed it to be presented to the judge, showing that my former spouse had actually requested I withdraw the money that he accused me of stealing. I could not be happier with the outcome, and I owe that all to Erin. Also-Bailey is the best and handled every question or issue I had immediately.
So I waited awhile to post a review not just for this office but for anyone who was part of my custody case. I don’t recommend this attorney’s office what’s so ever for a custody case. I will say upfront it was not an easy case and myself and my mother did not make things easy or simple. But not once did I feel like we were stepping in the right direction. I did everything I was supposed to do, and all this office wanted was for me to keep spending money. No matter how much we spent or what I did again never got us any closer to anything in my case. I never felt like my attorney actually cared about my case after they took my money. And the further the case went the more I felt despair and after my ex was in a tight spot she accused me of some horrible things and after that it felt as if not only my attorney but others would talk and look at me differently. It got so bad I ended up having the case dropped. But I also never received a final case closed email and or a receipt of what my $4500 actually went too. So I recommend not using this office for custody battle if you are father.
