Gaddis & Lanier LLC, located in Peachtree City, Georgia, is a law firm that has received numerous negative reviews regarding their practices. Many reviewers express concerns about unethical behavior, including allegations of fraudulent billing and intimidation tactics employed by attorney Kim Gaddis. While some individuals may find themselves dissatisfied with their experiences, it’s important to approach any legal situation with caution and seek transparency in billing practices.
In the event that you have the misfortune of hiring this firm please ask Kim Gaddis about the accusations against her for knowingly breaching agreements and entering into fraudulent billing practices. This woman is a next level liar, it’s not the profession, it’s literally her standard character and business practices. She needs to be investigated by GA state bar and sued by anyone she’s knowingly scammed. If she’s your HOAs attorney demand the invoices and statements that she’s charging, I’m sure you’ll easily pick up on bad business practices. Also, every time a neutral party has sat down with her they’ve left terrified and communicated that people she’s attempting to bully need to arm themselves with firearms and attorneys come back crying that they can’t work on cases against her because they’re afraid of what she’ll do to their career. If you’re a scammer and you’re up against an idiot, hire her an ethical person and you’re being required to do the right thing by an ethical person avoid this lady like the plague. Also, if you feel you’ve already been scammed by her please contact the GA state bar about fee arbitration. You can literally report her for what she’s done and negotiate getting your money back. She’s so blatant and sloppy it won’t be hard to prove cases where she’s charged unethically.
