I could go on about the level of professionalism, organization and guidance that I experienced while navigating through the divorce process with Nichole, I expected that from any attorney I may have chosen. What I didn’t expect was the absolute kindness, warmth and care that I consistently received from Nichole and Johanna that made what is often one the most emotionally taxing times, a bearable and dare I say even pleasant experience. Every interaction email, phone, and in person always left me with clarity and calm about where we were and next steps. I will refer her without hesitation every single time.
Mrs. Reynolds made the process simple. She communicated very well, took her time to understand my particular case and was a pleasure to work with. Can’t thank her enough for what she has done!!
I called to inquire about a consultation and it took a days to get a call back to find out that a consult is $350 and you can’t ask a single simple question without one. Yes, I’ve done consults before as an interview for both parties to determine if the situation is a good fit to work together. I’ve also worked in a law office and knew the basic retainer fees and legal expenses without being a lawyer. But to pay $350 before we can even get a ballpark price quote for a specific issue is crazy. Spending $350 to find out whether we can or can’t afford to hire someone is a waste of resources that most frankly don’t have an abundance of. I’m sure she’s great.
