Franklin T. Gaddy was rude and disrespected every scheduled appointment we had. I was never able to get an appointment with him in person, so the scheduled phone appointments and emails that were sent to him were never answered. The one time I did speak to him over the phone as a potential client, seemed cold and despondent. He was arrogant and complained to me about his new born child as an excuse for not being able to reply. The second time we spoke on the phone, he was almost 30 minutes late calling, when I asked him why he did not honor our appointment time, he declined to answer. He responded, “he had been doing this for a long time and we would not be able to work together.” Please do not use this attorney if you are in a crisis painful domestic situation, his callous arrogant attitude is heart breaking.
All staff was professional and caring of our needs. They was very thorough and explained all paperwork to our understanding.They are the best!! I would recommend them to my family and friends.
