Vernon Smith did not help my son at all with his aggavated assault and battery case. Perpetrator tried to climb through my son’s window threatening him, and then eventually opened and tried to come through the front door. My son stopped the perpetrator at the door and stabbed him with a knife. I guess Georgia doesn’t have any self defense laws. The bias and unfair Aaron Mason gave my son 20 years with only one misdemeanor on his record.
Sorry they need a Zero ⭐ Not No 5 ⭐ It have been over 2 years we have given $15,000 plus more he haven’t done nothing but letting my son lose jobs He just want to work and take care of his 6 children Give the man a break I just see greedy in Clayton County Judicial System Sad but True This girl is A Stripper and was at the Strip Club the Same Night turning her Neck around back and forth I was a Witness all I saw was a big knot on my son head and the girl No mark on no neck because I was there to give ice to them Some women can be violent to the men I taught my son not to hit women but some women can be the fighter Vernon I see Racist
Attorney Smith is a great lawyer and a good person and he knows the law! When my son got in trouble I called around for help with his case. One lawyer told me that he didn’t like working with schizophrenic clients. My heart was already broken and his words hurt even more. I got in-touch with Attorney Smith. He offered me honest hope and met with me to discuss my son’s case. His fee was quoted fairly and I appreciate that. He did a wonderful job working with the prosecutors office–which is not easy to do in Clayton County. He treated my son with honesty, sensitivity and respect. He kept me informed and returned my text and phone calls as soon as he could. He fought to get my son the best possible outcome, the help that he needs and to keep him out of prison. God worked a miracle through this man and I am grateful!!
