I am extremely upset at how unprofessional this law firm has become since my case was settled over a month ago. My accident was in September of 2024 and treatments ended in March of 2025. No communication or updates whatsoever. You never know what people may going through. It is very unfair to mislead individuals in this manner for your own personal gain. The fact that I resigned from another loan firm to give Guardian a try was the worst decision to make. Now I’m sitting here waiting for a response but nothing as of yet. The staff has become frustrated Due to the multiple calls but how do you treat people this way when your sole job is supposed to help make this process as stress free as possible. There was a reason why their accreditation is currently suspended on the BBB site. Ironic I started to see. more bad reviews as my case was nearing to an end. DONOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
Communication is horrible. No one return calls or reply back to emails. It’s been more than 30 days like I was told to receive my check and no one is picking up or calling to discuss a pick up time. Very unprofessional and I will never work with them again.
This Law Group is absolutely ridiculous, they called everyday right after filing the claim with the at fault party insurance, once I signed the paperwork with Guardian Law they go ghost. I have called my so called case manager with no response. I them keep calling asking for a supervisor or the attorney handling the case also with NOTHING!!! This place is ridiculous and I will never ever use this place again. I have sent emails and text messages and no response!!!! I will be filing a complaint with the BAR TEAM. My vacation was cut short due to this accident and also taking time off from work with doctors appointments and these low life’s don’t even give a damn about what happened. Just some damn Ambulance Chasers.
