Cohen Group has been incredible. I stepped in to help my grandfather thinking he was being taken advantage of during a situation with the insurance company, and it was very much far from the truth. From the front desk, to the paralegals, and to the attorneys directly, it has been one of the easiest most transparent business dealings ive ever encountered with a law firm. No only are their rates considerably lower than most, they are skilled and professional. I would like to end this review by saying, if “I” go out of my way to give a review, its worth considering because I don’t spare time to do it as often as I should. I hope you have the same experience we has. Most Definitely 5 stars!

The only reason I am leaving a two star review vs. a one star that accurately reflects the disrespect that I feel in the moment, is because up until the end of this transaction my main point of contact, Kim McNelis, was quite kind and helpful. Aside from some glitches in emails probably due to my own inbox issues, they were great.

Terrible experience even the second time around. So rude. They never call you back and are so condescending. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
