Decidieron tomar mi casa de demanda de divorcio junto con su esposo Josua y igual que los Anteriores casos, pagué los honorarios que me solicitaron y cuando solicite reuniones con ellos para hablar de mi caso nunca me agendaron cita y al momento de actuar a mi nombre pareciera que fueran los abogados de la otra parte, mi caso duró más de un año y cuando se iba a hacer la audiencia final se retiraron del caso diciendo que yo no acataba las recomendaciones y sugerencias que ellos decía y que por lo tanto no me podía representar, como ya dije no acataba las recomendaciones por qué ellos parecerían que fueran más de la otra parte que mis abogados, al momento de solicitarles la devolución de mi dinero de los honorarios pagados nunca respondieron ni devolvieron el dinero a pesar de que les escribí en varias ocasiones solicitándoles la devolución del dinero y tampoco me presentaron los documentos que se debían haber presentado a la corte en el año que se suponían me habían representado, todo contratar a otra persona para que hiciera los documentos que había solicitado. Jennifer represented me in my most desperate hour. She entered my custody case 3 weeks before it went to trial. She literally is a life saver. My biggest mistake was not starting with Jennifer at the onset. Jennifer jumped right in and rapidly got up to speed. The Guardian Ad Litem in our case had asserted through out our case that my 9 year old son should remain with me and changed her recommendation 2 weeks before trial. I was both shocked panicked and terrified. I vividly remember sitting in Jennifer’s office when I received this shocking news. I felt so defeated and hopeless and helpless. My son had been thriving in my care for over 7 years. I know judges often go with the Guardian recommendation. I asked Jennifer what I should do. I was in tears. Jennifer looked me dead in the eye and she said you fight like hell. Jennifer immediately rolled up her sleeves and went to work. She subpoenaed multiple witnesses. We produced my son’s therapist, his school principal, teacher, my young adult daughters, and more. Jennifer worked 18 hour days reviewing hundreds of pages of documents along with the assistance of her staff. She went to court each day operating on 4 or 5 hours sleep. She poured her heart and soul into our case. She is a highly talented expert in her field. My case was almost lost because I had the wrong lawyer. Jennifer took our cause to heart. Jennifer is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of the law co mingled with her highly skilled and capable examinations and cross-examinations brought to light many many facts that caused the judge to rule against The Guardian in our case. I can say with absolute certainty that had we not gone in with Jennifer, my son would likely be residing with his mother in sadness and I would be devastated trying to pick up the pieces. Jennifer is exceptional in the courtroom and she is highly skilled and exceptional out of the court room. She knows the law well and she is a master at her craft. She is always very kind and extremely prompt in responding. I was never left wondering and every email or voicemail I ever left was returned in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Jennifer as she this is an incredible lawyer. She literally saved my son and I from peril through her highly capable and skilled practice of law. We are lucky to have her and her firm in our jurisdiction.
