This firm doesn’t have the knowledge to close on a new property. They messed up my closing and did not review the documents their secretary typed up for my closing! They should not be in business if they can’t do any better work than this. BEWARE, I would not use this firm.
Going through a probate court with them, and the comfort level they give to you cannot be neglected. They work with you, respond to questions quickly (same day response on all of mine), and their office has a homely vibe.
