No communication, and lack of attention. They played with the closing date repeatedly until I told everyone I was pulling out of the deal. Then…and only then everyone seemed to be on it and communicating.
Very rude and unprofessional. I talked to 3 people trying to obtain a document missing from closing documents and got nothing but attitude. Gave up..I will try to contact the county. Do NOT recommend.
They did our closing. We were the sellers. They added some fees we had to pay and it was done in a shady way. I would never trust this firm to work with. Run.
