I contacted this company in regards to issues with a vise. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude to me, hung up on me 3 times. When I asked to speak to an HR manager or her boss she said I could make an appointment for $75 to discuss the matter & when I tried to explain again I wanted to speak to someone above her about her attitude & the fact that she continued to hang up on me she again hung up. If a company can’t even stay on the phone with you about an issue, or hangs up on you mid sentence, how can they do good legal work? I’m not hopeful that someone from this company will call me back, the receptionist is probably busy hanging up on people. I’ll be contacting the legal board about this & only hope that someone will teach this lady some manners
