Couldn’t be more impressed with Kathryn, Patricia and team! They came highly recommended via a women’s Facebook group and it was easy to see why soon after I engaged in their services. Working with someone that has been in the same shoes as you is a gift in more ways than one. Kathryn takes the time to explain and dimension out the standard process but, most importantly, she takes the time to listen. She has an in depth understanding both from her personal experience and her professional career while also acknowledging that each situation is different and unique. She truly feels like both a leader and partner in this process. We’re not done yet, but the amount of support, knowledge, and understanding I’ve received has made me feel strong throughout and she makes it very clear from the start that that’s her goal. I called this law firm and after 30 seconds was hung up on. I went to ask another question and didn’t get a chance to get it out. I may not be a million dollar client but certainly that’s not how anyone should be treated. Not much customer service there, huh?
