My husband and I used Mr.Dominick for some legal issues we were having with our old landlord and let me just say this man and his paralegal were absolutely amazing! The communication was top notch considering we are younger and people usually like to take advantage of us but they explained everything so thoroughly for us and made sure we understood everything that was happening and when it came to court Matthew was not going to let our landlord take advantage of us anymore! I highly recommend him and his office, they were a delight and we are so thankful for him and the outcome!
I called and described my issue briefly, was scheduled an appointment to talk with Matthew 2 days later. No call, no show….stood me up. I receive an email two days after from the paralegal saying “showed photos to Matt “and he suggested another law firm…. said they were too busy. How about telling me that before you waste a week of my time? Seems that my case wasn’t worth their trouble. However, how can I describe at length all of a complicated issue to a paralegal that is just setting the appointment? It’s obvious the pictures I sent were just for discussion and there was a much larger portion that I wanted to discuss with the attorney.
