Terrible in communication. I have been in business for over 20 years and have numerous closings and being the top agent in my area . I have had to call multiple times to get HUD Statements and had to call multiple times to get updates and closing times . Usually a closing attorney in my area keeps you updated and you don’t have to ask for closing times and also hud statements before closing . Communication is the key and my seller and I have not been happy in this attorneys office compared to other attorneys we have closed at .
As the buyer this was a very Smooth and quick process.
