I called this firm yesterday, the so called receptionist was rude and unprofessional, I wanted the correct address to the firm because they have an incorrect address on google so as I’m asking about the address, she starts asking me questions about what was my name after I already told her that I was a potential client and then she proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t speak to the person I wanted to speak to because they were in meetings all day, but when I finally find the place she said that the retainer would be out of the office for an entire week, but I did speak to someone else who did answer my questions but, I’ve decided to seek another firm who will have better staff, poor representation of the business they need to do better if they want to stay in business!!
