I highly do not recommend, you can find better lawyers with more experience, who actually fight for your case. Waste of money and time!
Yeah yeah yeah Christina whatever helps y’all sleep better at night. Yes the court decided to go with the “childs wishes” but you didn’t even put up a fight and let the court know I’ve been taking care of my daughter for 12 years on my damn own. Her dad would barely see her. He moved to Mexico for 3 years and I had to figure out on my own how I would work and care for my daughter. You didn’t explain any of that to the court. How does he get custody when he’s never been in her life? Why not at least try to put up a fight and let the court know what a piece of crap “dad” he truly was? No it was easier to take $2,500 and do absolutely nothing.
