Jennifer and her team provided excellent services in my case. Jennifer has been assisting in my case for almost 3 years in what was/is a complex mess of false accusations, alienation, manipulation, and a mass of intentional delays. Her attention to detail is second to none and she even surprised me by what she was able to keep up with since there was so much. In addition, she did this while also supporting other cases at the same time, as most all attorneys do. She was supportive and understanding of my concerns and has continually provided excellent guidance regarding not only my case legally but also regarding resources on how to get better at handling high conflict coparents and other issues of the same. She always provided me her opinions on process and pathways based on her extensive experience in many aspects of the legal field but also always provided me her opinions on the pathways that I wanted to evaluate. She consistently assured me that she was willing to do whatever I wanted to do, and I never felt pressured to do anything that I was uncomfortable with. Additionally, I always felt as though If I needed clarification Jennifer was happy to provide it, and she never made me feel as if I was burdening her or her team with my regular communications. This being my first experience with a custody/legitimation trial, a lot of things felt unfair and unexpected, but Jennifer and her team provided me with assurance and knowledge regarding these things and consistently worked hard to get results. Jennifer also worked excellently with the GAL in my case and due to Jennifer’s experience as a GAL herself she was able to have a much deeper understanding of how that service was applicable in my case and provide me with expectations of that service. Jennifer’s knowledge really shined while in the courtroom where she was quick on her feet and able to address things without hesitation. She was capable of being firm when she needed to be and held her own in the times that required it. She was also able to constantly evolve throughout the trial process to identify how the flow was going and change her approach if she felt it was needed. Due to Jennifer and her team’s efforts, the courts were able to be provided the truth in the face of constant accusations from the opposing party and I was able to get primary custody of my son and final decision making. Jennifer went above and beyond, and I will continue to use her and her team for whatever the future has for my case and she will be my absolute first recommendation to anyone going through a custody issue.
