A companies reputation is based on how the Customer is treated, and here is my experience with this one. Very unprofessional and terrible at what they do. Mediation took 8 hours during which clients are called “son,” paperwork is referred to as “crap,” temper is lost and very unprofessionally handled everything, from communication to work. Ridiculously over priced, I will rate this guy barley at $50 an hour if that. Nothing was explained prior to mediation, no options were given, and I was left in the dark. After all was done I was given an outrageous invoice, I was so frustrated with the whole situation I had to walk out. The second day I went to pay my invoice they had no paperwork and had to look for things here and there, after 15 minutes of scrolling through things they still had no paperwork to give me and I have to go back to my attorney to get papers from. I paid $1500.00 for mediation only and got a receipt that looks like the same one my plumber gave me, hand written, no company name or number, I have to admit I got a way better service from my plumber. This was a complete waste of my time and money.
