Lynn will not fight for you to win. I felt as if she didnt want to offend any of her cohorts over her client. Not articulate in court. I lost so much needed money in my divorce that was mine after 50 yrs of marriage. The only good thing she can bring up is that I got the house. And as one person said…I was thrown under the bus… at 70. My ex got most all the money. Until Lynn stops looking through rose colored glasses, she can’t help with anything but straight forward (bird in hand) cases.
Lynn Bearden will not fight your case. Her and the prosecutor are too close of friends. And she even ask for her attorney fees in cash. Because her daughter in in college. She threw me under the bus. Just use a public defender if your thinking about using her. However her Brother Lane Brarden before becoming a judge was a excellent attorney. Lynn tried to use cases against me that where dropped. Some she even defended me on. She can’t remember. I’ve had excellent attorney’s in my day. Such as Howard Manchel Atlanta, Ga. Bobby Lee Ccok Summerville, Ga. This women does not work for you. She works for the prosecutor. Then on the weekends they get together and drink wine and celebrate. Her words. She needs to be disbared!!!
There is not enough space to say all the great things about Atty Bearden. She is a rockstar!! We live in another state and one of our grandsons got into some trouble . I called around Calhoun to get some names for a good attorney. I heard her name over and over. She did not dissapoint. She was/is everything you hope for and more. Lynn Bearden thank you for everything you have done for our family.
