Miranda Morgan….. the name should be synonymous with top tier, quality, GENUINE GIVE-A-DAMN customer service excellence. PERIOD. That’s really all that needs to be said about Mrs Morgan. I used to give her a hard time as she’s a “Morgan” not working for Morgan&Morgan but their bigger competitor the Farahs but genuinely, if I were Morgan & Morgan I’d be fighting to get her away from F&F just because she’s that damn solid! Miranda, from the first introduction call, had me putting every bit of my trust into Farah & Farah and I have come to realize that was the obvious choice. In my 37 years on this earth, I’ve had my share of previous experience with attorneys and legal counsel and what not and there’s not a single person that could stack up even half as high as She did when it come to helpfulness and determination. Miranda promised me at our first call that she would do everything in her power to help me get through this process, as painless as possible. Not only did she make it easy for me but even amongst having to deal with by god, the worst insurance company on the face of this planet, she kept it pushin’ and she kept her foot on the gas pedal and didn’t let up. What really stood out besides everything else was when I was stuck in a rock and a hard place with a totalled car that had been just sitting at a shop for days on end because said insurance company assigned me the worst possible adjustor they could come up with and all the while I was trying to rehabilitate myself from my injuries …. As soon as Miranda caught wind of this, she not only placed herself in a voluntary position to deal with the property side of the case which she had absolutely zero benefit or shared interest involved with dealing with and she pounded on the theoretical door to their phone and emails but didn’t let off the accelerator until we got the ball rolling!!!!! She even made contact with agents later in the afternoon when she was supposed to be done working for the day!!! To say she went above and beyond would be the most gross understatement you could make… she absolutely took the role of personal freaking assistant to the entirety of the case to ensure I was stuck without a car for the least amount of time possible regardless if she was to benefit or not!! That my friends, is called a CHAMPION. She knew this case wasn’t going to have an extravagant ending as far as making me whole financially yet, she still put so much of her time and effort into it as if this case was going to be a record breaking settle. These qualities are all key requirements to be a true champion for the people. This is exactly what Miranda is. I cannot point to another example of any one other customer service agent/legal assistant/etc that comes close to her and how she handled my case and my needs. This review doesn’t do justice for her and her impact she had on me and my ability to get through this nightmare with that horrible insurance company but I hope that at minimum, it can enlighten you all to the fact that you have an asset that holds more value than even your own mission statement itself. If you truly seek the best customer experiences, then count your blessings like as if they were years of time that she’s worked for you and will be working for you, as she is that much of a rockstar ! Thanks again for everything Miranda! Your exactly where you need to be!
