Very Bad Energy, I think he may be a good Attorney, but I had to walk out after his Receptionist informed him that a walk in was outside his office and needed his Services!!! Well let me just say,that he wasn’t very pleasant to the Young Lady and I heard his every word that proceeded from his mouth!!!He came right out of the office at 1 point and walked past me as if I wasn’t there! After that I made him speak after speaking to him first then he Spoke. That was enough for me, I walked out seeking another Attorney, with more RESPECT!!!!
This law firm is hands down the worst. If you’re not legally savvy in the slightest, they’ll exploit you financially and emotionally while delivering minimal results. “Mercedes,” an employee there, is possibly the rudest, most unprofessional, and impatient person I’ve ever encountered. Trying to use fear tactics to rush a retainer fee, and she has such a short fuse you can tell. She argues with clients and doesn’t know how to listen or let anyone speak. Not only does she reflect poorly on the firm, but one can only imagine how fun she must be at social events.
I do not know for the life of me how Mr. Tucker got past a one star on this rating or any other. I’m very surprised the bar hasn’t snatched his license. If u have bookoos of money he’ will doa decent job from what I understand. But if your from the lower class he will sell you down the river after you’ve paid him your hard erned money. My mom has ms and he had the nerve to take hers and my wife’s money and then do nothing. Truth be known he did absolutely nothing and I had to get the DA to reach an agreement while he stood there and sucked his thumbs. Come to find out he could had my case dismissed the day of court..a public defender told me that. Also I had video of the police officers illegally searching my car and he never even looked at the video. Trust him if you want but I’m telling you you better watch out. He plays golf with the DA.
