Wow….. I don’t even know where to start.
I usually don’t write reviews but my experience with Dozier Law was not a pleasant one. First off I filled out and turned in all the paperwork that was requested of me and the beginning of my case in August 2023. Around February 2024 they told me they had sent a demand letter to the insurance company but the insurance company denied the claim so they were going to file suit. Fast forward about five months to July 2024. I called to check on my case as I did on a weekly basis and after asking a few questions it was determined that all the paperwork had not been sent with the first demand letter. They had misplaced the paperwork for my lost wages and it was not sent to with the first demand letter. Now I know insurance companies are hard to deal with. But how do you think someone can come to a decision about anything without all of the information to make a decision? When asked how that happened because I had personally delivered that paperwork to the office myself, the young lady found the paperwork in a file cabinet. So they spent more money and time filing a lawsuit because they didn’t send all the information in the first place. Another demand letter was sent but soon after it was determined that the physical therapy records were not sent as well and I sent those to them around November 2023 in an email. So I had to resend those as well along with other paperwork. Then we get to October 2024. After calling every week with no results I wrote a Google review and I was contacted by a Dozier Representative and he promised me he would look into it and ask if I would take the review down. I took the review down and I as promised the case started moving. The case was closed in December 2025 and I was told that I would have my check by January 2025. Well I didn’t get my check until March 2025 because somehow the check from the insurance company got lost in the mail. And after all of this they still got 34% of my settlement. Personally with all the missing paperwork and going back and forth I think they should have gotten only 25% and my settlement should have been more than what it was because Dozier Law dropped the ball too many times during this case. Therefore I do not recommend Dozier Law.
