Mi case manager asignada, Glisneida, ha sido receptiva y atenta en cada etapa. Agradezco mucho su disposición a responder todas mis consultas. Reseña sobre mi experiencia con Iacona Law y Glisneida López – Proceso de Visa EB-2
Analyzed my family profile (15 years of experience, 5 in USA) and assured us that we could apply for the EB-2 NIW visa. At the beginning, while signing the contract, they were very diligent. However, getting them to respond to inquiries while putting all the paperwork in place was complicated. Case managers frequently said they had a lot of cases and were packed. They took about 6 months to have our application filled and completed to send it to USCIS. For the money they charge to process this visa, they are not diligent at all. In the end, our visa was denied after paying an extra amount of $2000 to get an additional service for show “evidence”(RFE). Paid to people recommended by them. They assured us once again that this was the last step before getting a positive response, but it was denied.
