Made a phone call and was told he would call me back. After 2 or 3 days I called back, the phone rang about 5 times and hung up on me. Called back right away and let it ring for a while and no one answered. He responded to me very quickly so I changed my review.

He was always available via text and would call by the end of the day.Even during times of waiting on responses from insurance companies, he would call or text to check in on my son and how he was healing. Although all the monies would have went to the lien from our health insurance who footed all the medical bills excluding deductibles, copay’s and coinsurance but Keith put his expertise to work on our behalf negotiated with the hospital to grant us hardship and reduced the insurance lien. We both truly appreciate you making a bad situation a little better! You exceeded my expectations of how much you genuinely cared.
