Frank told me he’d take my case had me sign papers, then less than a month later claims he couldn’t do it. To everyone else he was able to help, I’m glad that’s your experience, unfortunately it’s not mine. I was handled badly by my employer and now I won’t be recompensed because he reneged on his duty. They have a 4.1 rating for a reason. No respect. Called to see if they could handle a matter for me. Attorney answered the phone in a monotone voice without introducing himself or greeting. Quickly, he asked whom thre employer was, I advised the issue was with a local company by name he immediately stated they are in conflict and without hesitation hangs up the phone….no personality, no respect, nothing. Would not even want to work with this guy if he could help me from his horrible first impression. Secretary was 1000x better at being a human being.
